Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information at the checkout point as we will not be held liable for any incorrect information provided. In such cases, refunds will not be issued, and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all details are correct before finalizing the order. If the delivery is unclaimed or undeliverable, it will be returned at the customer's expense.
If you have requested a safe drop or provided delivery instructions, please note that we will not be responsible for any stolen or lost parcels. All orders come with a tracking number, which can be used to track the shipment and avoid any delays.
Please be aware that customs clearance fees and import taxes may be charged by your country, and Elisse Swim will not be liable for these charges or any delays in delivery caused by customs. It is the customer's responsibility to familiarize themselves with their country's customs charges and levies.
To comply with export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of the items ordered and mark them as dutiable "Merchandise." We cannot mark orders as "Gifts," even if they are intended for a gift recipient.
If you refuse delivery due to customs fees or any other reason, a $25 return fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover return shipping. This policy is non-negotiable.
