RETURN POLICY
We strive for your complete satisfaction with your new swimwear purchase. In the event that your bikini doesn't fit perfectly, we offer an exchange by issuing a store credit equal to the value of your swimwear.
To initiate a return, please send an email to info@elisseswim.com within 14 days of receiving the item, and we will provide you with all the necessary information.
For your return to be approved, ensure that your bikini is in brand new condition with all the hang tags, unworn, and unwashed.
Please note that we will not approve a return if the bikini is not in a brand new condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will not be credited.
Items purchased on sale or with discount codes can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
