RETURNS
Elisse Swim wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that online shopping can be tricky, so were here to help you get your order correct.

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
HOW DO I ORGANISE A RETURN?
Simply email info@elisseswim.com and we will give you all the details you need!
Make sure all items are in perfect condition as Elisse Swim will not accept any items that are faulty in any way.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving order.
We strongly recommend using a registered postal service that provides you with tracking details of the package since we are not to be held liable for the loss of your bikini being returned.
Once we receive your return, we will email you store credit in the form of a gift card which can be used storewide!
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
We truly hope this never happens, but if you happen to receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at info@elisseswim.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
